Sweet Potato Casserole

It's rare that a Thanksgiving table doesn't have some variation of a sweet potato casserole on it. In this version, creamy sweet potatoes are drizzled with maple syrup and apple cider and then baked with a buttery and crunchy pecan streusel topping for an extra-special holiday side. You could also always throw a few mini marshmallows on top for good measure.

    I just served this dish at our family Thanksgiving Meal and everything raved over how good it was! I will definitely make this again. It was not too sweet and the ginger added a really nice flavor to the dish.
